The main objective of this study is how training can enhance employee’s knowledge, skill, attitude and also goals & objectives in agricultural sector in India. It also included the current needs of training for each target group of the employees to get maximum output of human resources in agricultural sector in the country.

 The researcher has identified some of the workable hypotheses
in this study. The most of all the hypotheses are positive relationship
 between each other factors. The study mainly deal with training programme
on agricultural education system, agricultural human resource,
agricultural skilled man power, empowerment of rural people,
agricultural social mobilization, agricultural training at managerial level
 in agricultural sector in India.

        HR training plays an important role in planning and implementing of
rural agricultural development programmes in developing countries like India.
HR training is the one of the most contributors in accelerating economic growth
in the country particularly in agricultural sector.
The study also deal with the real challenge of the HR training is how to

         HR training is a vital role to developing and analyzing the future
scenario on employment and development of agricultural sectors. Thus the study deal
 with above all factors and also HR Department arranges to organize the various

agricultural sectors in India.

GWT-Agriculture, especially in South India ,
is a complex and challenging field.

 A Human Resource Management has to meet the
Agri farm requirements of an effective work force,
whilst simultaneously being concerned with
 the expectations of Farm Labours.
 Thus, a Human Resources
 Management has to support both farms and
 individual objectives.
A Human Resource Management needs to have a broad background in fields such as psychology, Management, business economics and social relations.Taking on a Farm labourer is a big step for any Farm business, as it can involve long-term commitment and cost. we need to work out exactly what kind of person we need,and how to find and recruit them. Then there is a range of legislations that safeguards Labour rights, and as a farm owner,They need to be familiar with it.we also need to have an administrative system to make deductions – on behalf of government - from employees' remuneration before you pay them.
Each New Labour, foreman, or any other person that supervises, directs, or controls any agricultural laborer must be given information and training on laws and regulations governing worker safety and health, pesticide safety, and the terms and conditions of employment. For that we require Building or Institution like set up.

Human Resource Management Rules and Procedures: Things to do before taking on newLabour;

need to prepare:
           A job description that includes the job title, job purpose, duties, main
responsibilities and hours of work. Decide if you need a full time, part time or temporary worker;

           A person specification that outlines the qualifications requirements,
 experience,skills and motivation of an ideal candidate; and
           A competitive salary offer and any additional incentives.

Advertising for staff Most small business owners recruit staff by word-of-mouth,
 starting with their immediate family, extended family and then neighbourhood.
This is entirely valid, especially if you don't need highly skilled or specialised
 workers.

An advantage often overlooked in doing it this way is that you have a kind of sanction against dishonesty or bad performance. If you employ your neighbour's son, for example, the chances are less that he will disappoint us than employing a complete stranger. He and we know that he will also face the wrath of his family if he disappoints us. Keep in mind, however, that it is a double-edged sword. It is more embarrassing firing a neighbour's son than a stranger.But the main danger of employing people we know is that one tends to neglect the formal aspects of the job - the job description, a contract, strict performance management, and market-related salaries.

we are tempted to build our business around the strengths and weaknesses of such workers, which can lead to major problem later on when we start growing our business. Be as business-like as possible from the beginning. Conducting Interviews; Hold face-to-face interviews to match the candidate to our job description, and to check the suitability of their personality and compatibility (these aspects are especially important in a small business). Arrange a test for candidates if the skills we require from them are easily measurable. Do not discriminate we must have fair selection procedures and not discriminate on the grounds of race, gender, disability or pay.

Keep the documentation on applicants and interviews for about six months in case there are complaints from rejected candidates. Making the job offer; When an employee starts working; Keeping records and managing staff. Making the Job Offer Usually a job offer is made verbally, and then confirmation is made in writing. Both methods constitute a contract. Appoint the staff member for an initial probationaryperiod to make sure that they are capable of doing the job. Inform unsuccessful candidates by telephone or letter, thanking them for their interest and their time. Don't leave them waiting for a response, as the sooner they know the outcome, the sooner they can move on and make their plans.

When an employee starts work they can reasonable expect the following An introduction or induction It is important to make new labours of farm feel welcome and to introduce them to the business and their role. Spending time on the introduction of new farmowners will save time and problems later. When you do the introduction for the first time, it might be fairly informal. But put it down on paper so that you can start developing a more formal and comprehensive introduction or induction programme for future workers Assess their training needs we should decide early on what training will be required so that the new farm owners can carry out their role effectively.

Training can be informal (for example, in meetings), formal on-the-job training or external training paid for by the business. We will need to write a Workplace Skills Development Plan for your
business before you can start making use of the Skills Development Levy that we will pay each month, but the GWT can also advise you on this. Keeping Records The law also requires you to keep a record of certain information on each of our Farm-employees Employee's name and occupation;
Time worked;Pay received; and Date of birth
 (if under 18 years of age).

Managing Staff
This is a demanding aspect of running a farm worker, and can be best approached with some basic planning and documentation:
Draw up a personnel policy document
 to give labours
 clear and easy access to
information about our (and their) responsibilities in the workplace. This doesn't need to be long or complicated, but should just set out the 'ground rules' so that simple misunderstandings can be avoided.
Hold regular appraisals
(every week for new employees,
and monthly for others)
to keep in touch with employees and
 give them feedback on their performance. Make a point of scheduling appraisals in advance
 so that they happen as a matter of course, rather than just in response to problems; and
Get some form of management skills training to
ensure that we have a few basic
pointers to build on. There are no hard and fast rules, but time management and making people accountable are among the important skills to develop.
Labour Legislation Applicable to the Working
Environment
The basic laws; Workman’s Compensation;
Employment Equity;Labour Relations;
Aims to support labour peace, democracy and worker participation in decision making in the workplace. Occupational Health and Safety Provides measures to ensure the health and safety of all workers in the workplace.

Skills Development
Aims to promote the development of skills of the workforce. Contracts and Agreements Applicable to the Workplace Contract of Employment; The Basic Conditions of Employment Act requires you to give new employees a written contract of employment when they start work. This contract needs to include the following information
Our (employer) details, as well as the labour's
details - employer's full
name, employer's address, the labour's name, and the labour's occupation (or a brief description of the work). Employment details - place of work, date that employment started, working hours and days of work. Payment details - salary or wage (or the rate and method of calculating wages), the rate for overtime, any other cash payments, any payments in kind (and their value), the frequency of payment, and any deductions from their payment; and Leave details - any leave to which the worker is entitled to, the period of notice required for termination (or period of contract). Agreements; Employment Policies in the workplace; Most farmowners produce policies that set out the rules and procedures that their labour needs to know. Policies help labours to understand what the farm owner expects of them, and how they should carry out certain activities. They also advise labour of the rules and rewards available to them.

Clear policies will help your business to:

Identify and prevent potential risks to our labours.

Ensure that we comply with the law when we deal with

 such issues.

 Encourage your labours to follow policies carefully.

Create a culture where issues are dealt with fairly and

 consistently.

There are great benefits to having very specific Human Resources Policies to certain issues such as: 1. Remuneration policy;2. Performance evaluation;3. Housing;4. Security of tenure conditions;

  Health and Safety Rules and Practices Applicable at the Workplace

Health & Safety in the workplace; Different role-players’ rights and responsibilities;Safety Signs and Symbols;

What is Protective Clothing?;What do we need protection from?; Examples of protective clothing.

Filing of Applicable Human Resource Information Keeping staff records;

The purpose of the present study is twofold: (a) to discuss the need for a globalized approach to human resource management and
 (b) the role of educational development for human resource development in the agricultural sector.

Literature study has been conducted as method where selected articles and reports have been used as a platform to discuss human resource management as related to globalization and education.

The result of the study indicates that to prepare the agricultural workforce to meet the new challenges we need a more educated and skilled workforce competent enough to understand both the technical and the social development at a global level. Countries’ historic and social construction have great influence on the development of agricultural education and training and the way the phenomenon of globalization and its role is understood and experienced in agricultural sector.

Openness, communication, various forms of education, awareness about the national culture, collaboration between the public and private sectors and encouraging entrepreneurial spirit seems to be some of the key success in developing human resource management in agricultural sector.

In understanding human resource management and its development we need to understand the social factors that influence the development of the human resource management within the agricultural field. Commercialization and global changes constantly map out new agricultural workforce development needs. Due to the increased productivity, besides land, labor, and capital, knowledge have great importance with respect to human resource management within the agricultural sector

Multinational companies are becoming increasingly important players in the global economy, and their HR practices are increasingly influenced by diverse cultures. A certain degree of fit between HR practices and local culture enhances performance, because congruent HR practices are consistent with existing behavioural expectations and routines that transcend the workplace.
Understanding employee conflict
As a manager, you must deal with conflicts, difficult employees and workplace issues when they arise.
A good manager will have a plan in advance to ensure problems don’t impact the farm business.
Ignoring these issues can have dire consequences on employees, their performance and the business.
Overlooking conflict will usually:
• allow it to grow, get more complicated and be harder to resolve
• negatively impact morale
• reduce employees’ confidence and trust in you as a manger
• increase turnover and affect the reputation of your farm business
• negatively affect employee performance and productivity
It’s important to remember that some employee conflict may never truly be resolved. Employers should
be encouraging employees to work together in a professional manner.
Use this checklist to determine that you’ve reviewed, and understand, the conflict before speaking with
employees.
